How we work

WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THINGS BETTER

At SEEK we’ve created a community of valued, talented, diverse individuals who really know their stuff.

Our SEEK

Our SEEK is a statement that describes our culture. It is what we know to be true for success at SEEK, and it’s how we work together every day. By using Our SEEK in all that we do, together we can deliver on our Purpose, create great value for our customers and make SEEK an even better place to work.

Big Ambition
We’ve got big ambitions
SEEK is set for growth, with an ambition to double our revenue in the next five years and help 500 million people in Asia develop their careers with five million companies.

From a digital start-up 25 years ago, we are always finding new ways to deliver on our purpose to help people live more fulfilling lives and help organisations succeed thanks to the passion and creativity of our people.

As we continue to grow across Asia Pacific, we are investing in scalable, reliable and safe platforms to keep jobseekers and employers connected to our sites and apps, so they can make their next career move or hire the best people.
Engineering the way forward
We believe that cross-functional collaboration is the sweet spot between design and engineering. Our Product and Technology teams are at the heart of designing, building, adapting and maintaining the platforms and products that provide our customers with a beautiful and effortless SEEK experience, every day.

All of our teams are autonomous and agile, and our established tech stack and code base means you can focus on innovating and trying new things.
Proud to be SEEK

SEEKers are curious, passionate and proud. Watch and hear some of our SEEKers say it best.

Connecting with our community
Hackathons are part of our DNA
During our twice-yearly Hackathon, SEEKers from across the business work together to create innovative products, concepts, prototypes, or a business case that helps SEEK to deliver to our purpose. It doesn’t necessarily have to be something new and shiny; it could also be a brilliant fix for an existing back-office problem or process.
